Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- new client search and capture in the territory of Latvia,
- operation with existing client base in the territory of Latvia,
- sales plans implementation,
- conduct of negotiations and contract execution with clients,
- document flow under the deal, control over payment and offloads,
- regular consultations and training of clients in product sale,
- progress report for work.
Requirements:
- Male, age 25-40,
- fluent in Russian and Latvian,
- secondary vocational or higher education (preferably technical),
- experience in direct sales (technical group of products),
- knowledge of motor vehicle construction and layout,
- confident PC user,
- availability of personal vehicle,
- negotiation conduct skills,
- communicative skills, energetic, initiative, goal-minded,
- eager to progress and make profit.

- fixed salary + % from sales,
